What we did
Sonoma Pines was in need of a technological resuscitation. Their old site looked okay, but the user functionality was seriously lacking. We sat down to tweak it, simplify it and give it the upgrade necessary to make it really useful from a sales and management standpoint. While we were at it we incorporated some great little marketing features that really spoke to the generational baby boomers flocking to the development. We designed, wrote and published a seasonal publication new to Sonoma Pines and it’s target audience titled ‘the Porch’. The Porch allows Sonoma to thoughtfully market new homes, and the booming West Kelowna neighborhoods, surroundings and amenities. All of this information is carefully distributed amongst insightful articles of concern to existing and potential buyers. On top of the print marketing we sprinkled a fresh new Twitter page background and of course a blog with our signature style. The end result? Well, they did sell 9 homes this past June. Just saying.
