Consulting and Analysis is the most important phase of initial development on any project. We call it Mom phase. Think about it this way. When you were little, you went to school every day, BUT did you ever once stop and think about how easy it was to get you there? Did you think that from the second you stepped those little piggies out of bed in the morning, to the afternoon, when you unpacked your PB&J sandwich with all the crust cut off - that it was Mom who made it all possible?
That’s what Mom is. Mom makes it happen. She’s behind the scenes making sure that every time you turn around to reach for something or get somewhere - you don’t have to worry about how you’re going to do it.
To translate into marketing speak - It’s where all the brainstorming, wish lists and ideas of grandeur are laid out on the table from start all the way to finish. A great deal of time can be spent in the consulting and analysis phase in order to ensure that we won’t be missing any key components at the end of your project. We want to plan for every possible future upgrade, downgrade, economic downturn and upturn. Like Mom says, be prepared.
